Navy collared, navy blue shorts,
featuring 3 lions and Umbro logos. The white 1990
home shirt was worn in all seven of their World
cup 1990 matches, but was modified to include
the World Cup insignia. The England shirt that
was worn by the likes of, Gascoigne, Platt, and
Linekar in the 1990 world cup semi-final in Italy.
The game ended in a loss for England, with a 4-2
score line in penalties going West Germany's way.
There was outcry at the end of the game because
the England fans believed that the team should
have worn the red away top, instead of the white
home shirt shown.
