England World Cup Shirts

With the 2006 World Cup about to be launched this summer - we've all seen the new shirts being paraded in the press.

But do you remember the shirts England has worn in previous world cup tournaments?

Here is what the England team have worn from the 1960's, what our heroic lads wore, from the infamous red away shirt of our 1966 World Cup Win to the least popular grey of the 1990's and to-date.

White Home Shirt 1993

Navy collared, navy blue shorts, featuring 3 lions and Umbro logos. This Umbro shirt was worn by England for the first time when England played San Marino on the 17th of February 1993. The shirt was worn by England for the last time when England played against Nigeria on the 16th of November 1994. All together the Umbro shirt was worn by England a total of 14 times, and was the preferred shirt during most of England's disastrous World Cup 1994 qualifying campaign.
